The Yahoo Java screener was used to find approximately 250 stocks with Last Close >= $5 and the lowest PEG ratios. Price histories were downloaded from MSN and current trends were calculated:

Portfolio

I sold CRAY because it developed a dowtrend. I sold half of BBSI to rebalance, but postponed selling half of OCN until July 2 in order to qualify for a long-term capital gain.

I chose HIMX for the periodic purchase. I bypassed VIPS, JAZZ, PHM, and OCN because I already own them; RYL because it is in the same group as PHM, and AEGR because it is in the same group as ACT:
